During the online preview, the owners of these areas, who have already received the relevant notifications individually, can, until 3 February 2022, correct any errors in the registration of their property in the Land Registry.

Through the website of the Cadastre, www.ktimatologio.gov.gr, for 45 days, the beneficiaries, using the taxisnet security codes, have access to the registration of their rights and the geographical representation of their properties.

In particular, they will have to see and check:

– The description and legal information of their properties (Land Register)

– The description and legal status of their land parcels (Cadastral Chart)

If they agree with the information in the Pre-Application, they do not need to take any further action.

If they do not agree with any of the data, they can submit a data review request (by February 3, 2022) electronically, to the respective mailboxes of the Land Registry Office or in person, by appointment at the Land Registry Office.

In case they have not registered their property with the Land Registry, they still have the possibility to do so online at www.ktimatologio.gov.gr or at the local land registry office by appointment. After the corrections of the pre-registration, the process of registration will follow, for which the beneficiaries will be informed again.

According to the Cadastre operator, the participation of citizens in the pre-registration process is extremely important, as it ensures that the rights they have declared will be correctly recorded in the Cadastre and will avoid unnecessary hassle in the future.
