In addition, new professional real estate consultants negotiate on behalf of their customers, advise them regarding the regulations and procedures of the housing market, and provide tips for real estate investments. 

As a Team Leader, you have already developed all your skills and have 
knowledge in areas such as property valuation, real estate market analysis, 
and selecting the most appropriate properties for your clients. A Team Leader
has to be an experienced real estate consultant with strong leadership skills and good 
communication skills.
