With the Ministerial Decision (No. 9903 EX. 2022 – Government Gazette 1221/B/16-3-2022) of the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, responsible for the Land Registry, Theodoros Livanios, the collection of property declarations in the Cyclades is extended until 30 June 2022.

Those who have real estate in these areas are invited to submit a declaration of their property at the Land Registry Office of the area where their property is located or electronically via the website www.ktimatologio.gr

Submission of the declaration is mandatory, otherwise the penalties provided for by law will be imposed.

The areas in which the collection of property declarations takes place and the competent offices are shown in detail below:
