In order to accelerate the payment of COVID declarations relating to subleases of real estate, by decision of the Governor of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue, Giorgos Pitsilis:

– from 21 December 2021 until 10 January 2022, property lessors whose properties have been sublet may submit an initial or amending “Covid Declaration” and/or an amending (not initial) “Real Estate Lease Information Statement” for the months of November 2020 until July 2021.

– From January 11, 2022 through January 21, 2022, sublessees of real property may file an amending “Covid Statement” for the above months.
